This company is a disaster. In a nutshell we provided drayage, transload, and warehousing services for Sine for a 40 container back in November of 2021. Though their team agreed upon the rate for each service; local dray, trans-load, palletization, shrink wrap, and storage; we still have not been paid for the 8756.00 in charges, and our company, Freight Management Inc, now stands to absorb the cost of the services rendered due to no fault of our own. Wayne, the owner, has gone to great lengths to avoid addressing the issue. Both he and his team refuse to reply to our emails and calls. Wayne on several occasions has actually answered the phone and hung up on me. Our company has gone above and beyond to try and reach out to discuss the situation, we have even offered a proposal to reduce their costs however their reply back to every attempt to resolve the issue is that we are stealing from them. Email evidence showing the daily storage costs, a detailed timeline of when the container was pulled, transloaded, and when their vendor FedEx came in to pickup the three individual lots from the warehouse was provided, and they are still claiming we have stolen from them. To the contrary, the only party who has stolen anything is Sine from Freight Management, as we executed the order and completed the scope of work and we still have not been paid. The level of unprofessionalism here is unlike anything we have experienced in our company's history. Vendors be advised and stay away! Working with this company is a huge risk and with so many other outstanding freight forwarders out there you are better off contracting business elsewhere. We gladly welcome Sine's comment back. They don't have a leg to stand on and we have documentation of everything.
