Unprofessional, I have tried to write what happened but it won't let me. Says it's against the terms. But a review is suppose to be about our experience and this was a horrible experience. He did not do his job. Will not take ownership. Plus shut down his business. How convenient. James missed and didn't report the problems on this house I bought that rashelle Trotter reffered him to us. This is ridiculous. He also told me he didn't want to speak to me, even tho I paid. But to speak to my boyfriend. He missed rat holes, installation covered in rat feces, leak in my attic and so much more. He only showed us pictures months after purchasing the house and wasn't on the report. This is ridiculous. He also told us it wasn't his job to report that to us, that he wasnt a specialist. James told us to flip the house and we did not buy to flip. Just wrong in so many ways.
