Total SCAM...Do not change to their service. After your contract date ends they will double your rate and of course you cannot reach anyone to cancel. My rate has been increased every month for the last four. It is now over double what anyone charges. Talked to someone a month ago and would cancel. Guess what, still have not cancelled my service. STAY AWAY, RUN and HIDE from this SCAM.
