AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Check to see who your builder is before you purchase that “perfect” fishtown home. If it has cutler on the permit, run.
Water issues, sub par materials and labor. Don’t make the same mistake we did and purchase for the view. Their workmanship is embarrassing. Feel free to reach out directly for examples but do not ever purchase a David Cutler home.
