Our Averlar community CDD has hired Carson lawn and landscape company. In the past three years of us living here the landscaping and shrubbery appearance has been deteriorating. As you walk through the common grounds you will notice many neglected areas that Carson lawn and landscaping services had failed to stay on top of. This includes many shrubberies that are no longer there and needing to be replanted. There are areas where mulch has been removed but never replaced. Many sprinkler supply lines are exposed and seen throughout the community along with cuts and missing sections where it is unable to provide water to remaining plants. As per contract agreement, a island section of bushes were to be removed and covered with mulch, company workers took it upon themselves to do half a job and work is still incomplete to this days. I have pictures but nowhere to submit to prove that there is no exaggerations to this complaint. If you'd like to stop by I would be happy to point out the areas with you.

I live at LaCollina in Brandon. The company services my community, during the fall, every other Monday and every Monday during the Summer. I'm so sick of my lawn lights being broken by incompetent, uncaring, careless workers. It's like they don't care about other people's property. Do I have to sit outside whenever they are here??
