Established a contract with Sal & Sons to remove a driveway and walkway and replace with concrete. Project went well except the contractor failed to return to complete the job. He assured us he would return on July 16, 2020 to backfill some of the top soil around the driveway and to provide an estimate for additional work we requested. He cashed the initial deposit and the final check and we have not heard from him since. Very disappointing.
