Aaron Altemus
Do not work with Marshall Root. I have had a contract with Root Construction from October 2018 to complete work on our house. After multiple months of requesting him to come complete the work, and him making several appointments to do so and then not coming, I terminated the contract two weeks ago and requested our down payment back. He has not contacted me since that time, and he has not returned our initial deposit as requested.
