I've bought 3 of these units. 3 years in, warranty is 5 years, one of their quick connects started leaking and now the unit is non-functional. I've called them 20 times. They make you wait on hold TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. I've emailed them multiple times and no one responds. They are clearly a company who doesn't care about standing behind their products. Also, whoever made their on-hold voice recordings needs to be fired because they're not funny. Take that money you spend on stupid stuff like that and put it into supporting your clients.
