Buyer Beware: This trampoline park is a complete scam! AFTER purchasing the annual membership, we soon started realizing significant problems with the Overland Park establishment. The lines are LONG! When we started, they had a separate line for memberships that was never attended to. You could stand there all day and they wouldn’t come help you. I’ve actually been told by an employee that I will need to go to the back of the regular line if I want to be helped! Now, they have a membership line and it still takes awhile to get helped. The employees don’t care and the management doesn’t care to correct them! Not one smile or helpful finger in that place! The employees also let safety rules be broken and are more interested in socializing with personal friends who are visiting them than doing their jobs of watching for the safety of the jumpers. When management is enlightened with this information, they do little about it. It’s like they’re all in a big friendship circle! Also, when informed, management didn’t want to clean up the blood spill in the children’s play tubes area (it remained there for 2 weeks+ before eventually getting cleaned up or naturally taken off by children crawling.) And they’re bathrooms are also very dirty, along with the confession area/parent lounge. Tables constantly dirty, napkins or sanitizer empty. And if you ask an employee for help, they’ll make you walk up to the front desk! The snack was always changing as well- most days it would be candy or a premium snack choice, then it changed to popcorn. I’m assuming it should have always been popcorn, and upper management had to step in to correct it when it wasn’t being handled correctly. Now, as this pandemic has become increasingly important, we asked that our membership be terminated early without penalty, due to the fine print not stating anything about a pandemic over the country. We were given several differing answers- 1. No, 2. No, pause membership for 30 days, 3. No, pausing membership for up to 90 days (only 30 days at a time and it’s my responsibility to call and re-pause account, 4. Yes, pay entire penalty, 5. Yes, pay 50% penalty...very frustrating! So after requesting I speak with a member of upper management (regional mgr or president/CEO), I did speak to someone (not upper mgmt) who said there was no magic button to terminate my membership, penalty free! Well. We all know that’s a lie! They have the power- they just don’t have experience to offer good or even decent customer service! I am still fighting with them today, to let me speak to somebody who can correct this problem! They refuse to send any information or request higher up the chain! And you cannot get ahold of anyone because the only phone number provided is to their “birthday hotline”- all dealings are through email. Until then, we will NEVER frequent this establishment- due to the filth, lack of communication/management, and because they DO NOT recognize customers as guests of honor!
