Dr. Michael L. Campbell is Board Certified by The American Board of Surgery, and is a member of the American Medical Association. He is a Kentucky native, graduating Valedictorian from Muhlenberg North High School, and Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University where he also earned the Donald Zacharias Award, and WKU's Award of Excellence Scholarship. While at Western, Dr. Campbell earned Deans and Presidents list each semester, and was a member of the PreMed, Honor, and Lecture Societies. Dr. Michael Campbell received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville, where he also completed five additional years of advanced medicine completing his residency in General Surgery. He also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Jessica Rapp is a board certified family physician that received her doctorate from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. She then completed her specialty training in 2013 at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical center where she served as chief resident. She currently resides in Bowling Green, KY with her husband Dr. Thomas Rapp and their two children.
