Vocational Expert Services, Inc. – Tdiu Claims, Personal Injury, and more. We provide vocational consultation and expert opinions about how the individual’s vocational factors affect his/her employability, placeability and wage-earning capacity. Vocational consulting and vocational expert opinions are requested in legal matters such as Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Divorce, Long Term Disability, Veteran’s Claims, TDIU Claims, and also Social Security Claims. Vocational Expert Services also provides vocational counseling for individuals looking to enter or re-enter the workforce. Who We Serve: Attorneys Self-Insured Governmental Agencies Third-Party Administrators Insurance Carriers Claims Adjusters Divorcing Spouses Private Individuals At Vocational Expert Services, Inc., our mission is to offer vocational rehabilitation services crucial to the vocational rehabilitation process and also provide an objective analysis of vocational factors for the public, legal, and risk management community. Our experts also administer many vocational assessments to veterans. Our vocational rehabilitation assessment methodology fulfills the VA requirements to address the critical questions in TDIU claims (Total Disability Individual Unemployability). Often, decision-makers in these types of cases rely on the opinion of physicians and other medical providers to determine if a Veteran can still obtain substantially gainful employment. However, these individuals do not have specialized vocational experience or expertise and are not equipped to determine the true feasibility of a veteran’s ability to work. Additionally, a vocational evaluation can help bridge the gap between the documented medical and psychological limitations and residual functional limitations within the context of jobs in the present labor market.
