What a horrible company! They signed a contract with our management company to monitor our fire alarm panel. Several months in, we have an alarm constantly emanating in the lobby due to two different errors. Rod the owner and Kenney a "contractor" continue to ignore our service calls for the last three months. They are incompetent and very immature. Do not use this company for anything! These guys are con-artists! Be very careful
