Neato Homes, LLC is a premiere Mom and Pop Real Estate rental company in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. At Neato Homes, LLC, we provide good old fashioned individualized service with smile. Each tenant is very important and we focus on being good listeners as well as good communicators, while responding quickly to your needs. Prior to moving into one of our single family rental homes, each tenant is provided a demonstration of the how-to's of basic home maintenance, from changing furnace filters to doing lawn care. While we are a mom and pop operation, we contract with the big boys! If an emergency arises, we have staff available on-call 24/7. This "tenant first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling our associates and us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. So when you decide that you'd like to rent a home in the St. Louis area, please contact us.
