I have purchased a few pairs from BTB Sport Optics. The last time has been terrible. I wanted to get the pair with readers and they only had three powers. Tried the closest to what I needed. Didn't work, so I ATTEMPTED to contact Steve Brown regarding a refund. That was 8 weeks ago. Emails come back undeliverable; phone goes to voice mail; contacted my bank and they tried but couldn't accomplish anything. Sent the item back to the address listed (have shipping notice and was received two weeks ago) and STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!
