PinPoint Performance Solutions, based in Boise, Idaho, is a training and development consulting firm that works with companies of all sizes to build successful training and performance improvement solutions for the workplace. We use many forms of analysis and evaluation to develop effective Training (both traditional and e-learning) and Workplace Performance Improvement solutions as well as conduct User-Centered Design in the creation and customization of software and web applications. We draft and administer plans for Usability Testing on these technology solutions to help build a final product that is effective, meets the need of the end user and improves overall workplace performance.
