I worked with Bill Davies of BDC Companies LLC/Bill Davies Construction on a project and things went well. On the last job he did for us, it was not a good experience overall. The project included Bill and a team of random outsourced subs removing my gutter to replace some rotted fascia and to paint our front deck railing. After the fascia was replaced, he mentioned that it was likely a portion of my flat roof would need to be replaced and he was going to get me a quote before reinstalling the gutter he the random subs had removed. It was my mistake I didn't make them reinstall the gutter that day because they ended up never returning to complete the job. I reached out to Bill Davies many many times over a 3 month period an he kept promising to get them out to reinstall but he finally stopped corresponding with me. In regards to painting our front railing, he complained often about how much work that part of the project had become (after he quoted me for the job and agreed to do it) but after days and days of coming out and trying to complete the job, he decided the job was done. The job was not done at all, many areas are still left unpainted and he even left numerous areas of painters tape on the railing, the end result was not impressive. I was very sad that the partnership ended with him stopping communication and not completing the a part of the job I paid him for. I had to get another contractor to clean up his incomplete work. I recommend avoiding this company as they may not follow through on your project after you have already paid.
