10/17/2023 If you or your business has used this company and permits are required to be pulled , BEWARE!!!!!, this company used Total Home Services owner Mike Busby and granddaughter Jessica Busby who is paid to pull permits for unlicensed contractors for years, this company does not do the work nor will they come out to see if the work is done correctly, I highly advise you to have your homes or businesses to be inspected by licensed professionals. I have filed a complaint with planning and permits with Christepher Hughey 816-513-1468 who informed me that this company Total home services has been peddling permits for years and has been pulling permits for All Action Contractors who has been self-performing the electric, plumbing and mechanical with unlicensed worker. When all inspections failed neither of these companies stepped up to correct the problem. In addition I have uploaded the contract reflecting the advanced exterior material list and funds that was given to this company and as the pictures shown that none of the work on the material list has been completed per the current pictures of my business as it sits to this day 10/17/2023. I hired this company on 05/25/2023 with an advance of $81,250 for exterior material purchase only, however this guy decided to do roughen electrical, plumbing and mechanical work that failed inspections and used lower grade materials then what was called for per plans instead, this company only worked about a little over two weeks to do this work, when asked to correct the problems nothing was done and when asked for the exterior materials to complete the exterior of the project his answer was that all of the funds were used on roughen work that failed so I asked for receipts for materials purchased and the receipts totaled less than $20,000 and he said that the rest was for labor plus he provided me with an break down that reflects that I now owned him a total of $96,065. Additionally when he would not correct the failed work I asked for a copy of the permits and the permits were filed in a different company, when I reached out to the owner of the company and asked if they would honor the work the owner said that he was not aware of the permits filed and that someone in his office had filed the permits for this guy who is not licensed to perform electrical, plumbing or mechanical work and would not honor the work. I had several meetings with this guy who said he would correct the problems and provide the materials only with the threat of an attorney; however no work has been corrected and no materials have been provided at this time. I would not recommend this company by no means.
