Awesome service. Richie the service tech was very professional and prompt. He worked on my whirlpool washer and did a great job. He got the part ordered and Sabrina in the office got everything scheduled and now everything is going again. I can't thank them enough.

This company is rude, especially Sabrina. I placed a service call through Whirlpool, she called me with a major attitude as soon as I heard her voice. It was clear they had no interest in completeing my service. She told me the service would be a 8 hour window on my vacation rental and I live out of state. When I asked for a call before they arrive she said "maybe maybe not". She then changed her mind and called me today and said they will not come unless I am physically there. In a area full of vacation rentals with owners living out of state! Even though I have a manger who i PAY to be around for service calls, I still HAVE to be there and that is their policy. The worst company I have ever spoken to and worst expereince ever. i am in the process of reporting them to the better business bureau. They DO NOT need to be in business!
