He did our concrete around our inground pool. Within months it sunk and cracked. After months and months of trying to get it repaired he finally came and only repaired some of the pad. Also attempted to add an additional concrete pad. His workers refused to pour additional or fix the other sinking concrete. I have called, texted, emailed for the past ten months with ZERO response for the repairs and new estimate for a new pad. The concrete is less than two years old and now is comprising the integrity of my inground pool. Completely unprofessional.
