If i could review into the negatives I would. Blake is literally a criminal (Edited to remove the link, feel free to google him, it comes up first thing) who is happy to double dip in fees and charges, and when dealing with uncomfortable conversations will just hang up on you. He will quote charges as standard fees, when upon talking with multiple property management groups, i have found this isn't true, he is just nickel and diming those that are already paying his for his services to actually do work for them, probably to continue his sad illegal activities. He can reply however he wants to this, and i'm sure he will saying i'm an upset owner, however i will keep reviewing this in hopes that i can save ANYONE from working with him in the future, PLEASE RUN!
