Never worked with them but had a bad experience with one of their drivers. He cuts me off, i shine my brights, then he shines his back brights. Then i head to get gas and he follows me. He comes into the pump behind me. I get out to fill my gas and get bombarded with "why'd you shine your brights?" Well, you sir got my brights because its slick and because you almost created an accident. I'm going 60mph in kila and your long tow truck takes 5 seconds to pullout and maybe 15 seconds to get to 60mph? Use your head next time. Just cause you had a long day doesn't mean anything. You're lucky i was paying attention because otherwise I'd be suing and you'd be outta a job.
