joshbaskin.co accepted my payment for a Sony radio in late January but failed to ship it. After a month of trying to reach them by email and phone, I cancelled and requested a refund. That was ignored. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, where this company already has an F rating.

I just got my PS4 controller and I love it! Shipping time was OK, but really I got it for the price. Best price I could find online. The controller works great and I'm feeling a Kingdom Hearts 3 re-play this weekend. Thanks!

I made a order 3 weeks ago tracking only says left China to us. Phone numbers don't work tried emailing no response very disappointed that this order was for a child for Xmas and don't know if I ever getting it
