Legacy Disposal Worse experience ever! They have not picked up my trash since September 9, 2020. Talked to them ahead of signing up for service, so I would not have any problems. Told them that I have broken glass and rusted cans. They have been in a 55 gallon drum under pecan trees for a while. They said that’s ok. After sighing up for service they would not pick the trash up. I called to find out why. They said there was ashes in the trash. There was no ashes in the trash just old rotten leaves from the pecan tree. Then they said it was to heavy, the trash can was only half full and has a 332.5 pound load limit. They will not refund the money for service, since they will not pick the trash up I told them to cancel my contract and refund my money. This is why I called them ahead of time, so I would not have any problems. Now, today October 13, 2020 they send me an invoice for service, stating to avoid late fees to pay the invoice. They picked up there trash can a month ago.
