Manish works with his partner in so called renovating short sale purchases and selling them. The work they do in these houses are terrible, they are extremely cheap, and they try to push every dime they spend onto the buyer. His partner is a criminal who is his so called attorney. He is disbarred from the state of NJ for withholding client funds and not repaying them.. 90k worth that the person never got back. This team is not the type decent buyers looking for a nice home want to work with. After moving into the home ..after 15 months of back and forth..., we found a lot more wrong with the house that was covered up and,or done extremely poorly and cheap. The attorney does not answer calls, they do not return calls, and it took 2 months for any response at one point and the only reason I got the response is because I drove to his home and knocked on his door. They do not care about anything but money. The attorney's wife is also the realtor who does nothing. Can't even get her on the phone even though her cell number is easily searchable online. We had a contract that came and went. Three closings came and went. Then they asked for 25k more because they changed their minds. We should have held them to the contract previously but we wanted the house so badly. Manish and Stuart are a terrible team with awful communication at best. They are cheap, irresponsible, disrespectful of the time the buyers put in, and they give nothing but take everything. Do not work with these 2 if you have the choice.
