My goal is to figure out what is causing your problem, explain it to you, and help walk you through it. Typically, there are home care exercises or stretches you can do, and we will go over this. Often there is a soft tissue component to our problems that require work, I do that also. Joint dysfunction often leads to muscles getting over-reactive, which can lead to further symptoms. I want to help you with everything contributing to your pain.
