Roy & Mickey Pearson founded Pearson's as an Appliance Repair business in 1954. Gradually Pearson's extended into sales to be Fairfield's largest independent appliance business. At the end of the 70's, Roy was ready to pass the reins to his four sons: Roy, Steve, Dan & Pat. In 1984 Pearson's moved to their low overhead warehouse in Cordelia at the I-80 - 680 interchange.
