The owner Kevin assured us he could do the job. The end result was not functional. The area was not graded correctly and there was a 2 foot drop to the lake. Cement was installed with out wire or metal bar to prevent cracking and shifting. Cement cracked approx 3 days later... His response" cement cracks"....When questioned about not being able to get a boat in or out Kevin became verbally abusive, calling names,angry, threatening and very unprofessional, to where we felt it was unsafe.
