Productive Construction, Arthur M. Garcia, failed to provide oversite on our project. Currently am hiring other subcontractors to complete the work, keep the house from leaking, and remove and repair defective work. What was going to be our dream home became a nightmare. No General Contractor oversite, defective materials, incompetent installation, incomplete work. Fired Productive Construction after 4 months of struggling to get the work done correctly, on budget, and on schedule.
