12 units in my condo lost Internet because the unit went out on our roof. Sundial took over 2 days to fix the issue. They claimed they were looking for a 40' ladder in order to do the repair. Didn't they use a 40' ladder to install the equipment? Does this company rent ladder's when needed? Do they just have one ladder they pass around between repair men? I got a different lie every time I called the company to ask why I did not have Internet service restored. They gave me no indication that they were busy, which would have been understandable. I have an Internet business. Amazon requires me to ship out products within 48 hours. I almost lost my Amazon account as a result of Sundial's negligence. If there is another Internet service available in Breckenridge, I am going to get it as a backup because I can no longer trust sundial communications to assist me with my Internet needs. 420 Main Street Breckenridge, CO
