Egar or edward or whatever his name is wants to CALL ME to ask ME questions about MY application. That I would be obliged to actually answer any of his questions. However, the questions were the most concerning. How are you going to have your leasing agent tell the worst information that isn't even in correlation to your actual company?
Kanaan said: "there is no application fee nor application needed for a cosigner."
He told me that there is a move-in fee of $500 when it's not the same one Zillow. The application fee on Zelle is still $50 and yeah, I paid 65. Person called me told me that now is changed, but they haven't changed the information at all.
And then you wanna tell me that after I pay the 65 fee as well as having my father pay the 65 fee that is now down to his credit which wasn't even told to me that would be even evaluated since my credit is literally in the 700s.
With all that said, I'm still told that I wouldn't even be able to possibly get the apartment at the end of literally having the application evaluated. There should be no reason as to why someone who makes over the actual amount of only $725 isn't able to get the apartment when their credit score is over the amount needed for the apartment too.
Do you want to consider me a risk because I got a bachelors degree? Do you wanna call me a risk even though I have five years of experiencing working? Or do you find me as a risk because you're racist as f***? Cause why you wanna sit here and be passive aggressive on the phone? I'm glad that I sat there and I called you a b**** a** ni***, you deserve it.
