American moving & storage stayed in constant communication with me throughout my move. Their manager, who I talked to on the phone, was always very friendly and answered any questions that I had. My belongings were picked up right on time at my old house. Their manager called me two days before my delivery to give me an ETA on my delivery. I really wasn’t expecting a moving company to be this professional. The movers who came for the delivery were very professional in setting up my furniture exactly where I wanted it and before leaving and even asked if they could do anything else for me. If I should ever move again, I would surely hire this company again.

From beginning to end this company was great to work with. We had to reschedule twice and each time they were very accommodating. They showed up on time and worked fast and efficiently. My husband is irresponsible and when I asked him to organize the moving he just brought the boxes home and said we could move. The boxes helped, of course, we packed the things. But we still had to hire the company to help us with all the other things and they were great in their responsibilities.

It was an excellent experience. From the first communication with the office staff to the final delivery of the furniture it was a simple and pleasant experience. They were great in setting up the move and communicating throughout. They would even respond to emails in the evening long after the close of business. The move itself was flawless. The movers were prompt and made a very difficult move easy and fast. It was a difficult move since it involved moving to Miami on a very narrow street with no parking space available and a 5th floor walk up. Every time a large truck came down the street the van had to be moved because of the parking restrictions. But even with this and the walkup, the mover managed to complete the unloading in under 2 hours- thanks to all
