American moving & storage stayed in constant communication with me throughout my move. Their manager, who I talked to on the phone, was always very friendly and answered any questions that I had. My belongings were picked up right on time at my old house. Their manager called me two days before my delivery to give me an ETA on my delivery. I really wasn’t expecting a moving company to be this professional. The movers who came for the delivery were very professional in setting up my furniture exactly where I wanted it and before leaving and even asked if they could do anything else for me. If I should ever move again, I would surely hire this company again.

From beginning to end this company was great to work with. We had to reschedule twice and each time they were very accommodating. They showed up on time and worked fast and efficiently. They were very polite and hard working. They made sure to take care of all my items and were very friendly. I have lived in Ohio my whole life, so moving to a new state even though it was not so far was terrifying. These guys put me at ease the entire time. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to move. Thanks American Moving & storage!!

The perfect team! I liked them the moment they came in. American Moving & Storage promised to handle my goods and transport them safely. They did a great job because of their organizational skills. After talking for a while we made great conversations and these guys are truly friendly.
