In 2003, PMTI's Founder and CEO, Yad Senapathy, was transitioning into a new role within his company, but the positions he most desired required or highly preferred a PMP® credential. Around the same time, his life & business partner Shobha was asked to get the PMP certification by her employer, so they both set out to earn their PMP designation. As they searched for a solution that fit their needs, that of a working professional with a family at home, their search turned up fruitless.
