Whatever you do, please find someone else for your home repairs. This company/individual was hired by our home warranty company to fix a small plumbing issue in the beginning of February. After missing the first two appointments that this company setup they finally came to deal with the fact that we did not have hot water in one shower. He came to our house at 8:00pm??? On his first visit he discovered a dripping leak in our reciprocating pump line next to the hotter heater in the garage. He told my wife that he would need to "order parts and would be back in a few days. At this time he did not shut off the water or attempt to create a small patch to get us through. A few days went by with no contact and I noticed that the constant drip had developed into a full spray against the wall of the garage. As soon as I became aware of it, I turned off the water to that line to prevent any further damage. I called Home Repairs and Much More and left two voicemails. After no response I called the home warranty company and they called the company. The next day he set an appointment for the FOLLOWING WEEK. So we patiently waited till week three of this issue. When the tech arrived he said he needed to go to Lowes to buy parts? Previously he told my wife that he could not fix the issue the first night because he needed to order parts? Upon completing the "repair" he realized that the lime still had a small leak. I also pointed out that I now had damage to the drywall in my garage because he did not deal with it the first time. He denied any responsibility for the drywall and claimed that if I submitted a new claim to the home warranty company that the drywall would be covered by them and he would repair it when he came back with a new pump that he now claimed needed to be replaced to stop the leak that was still happening. The next day he sent a different tech to our house with no notice, who installed a new pump upside down, and still did nothing to stop the line that was still leaking. When my wife asked him about the drywall he claimed he knew nothing about it and abruptly left. I came home to discover the line was still leaking. I called the home warranty company again and today the tech came to fix the line for the fourth time. He again went to Lowes to get parts, came back and did a few things to the line. When I asked about the drywall he said that he was not responsible and that the claim was denied by the home warranty company so he would not be repairing his mistake. The worst part is the line is still leaking and because the second tech who replaced the pump put it in upside down it has now popped the breaker and is no longer functioning . If all of that was not enough I still do not have hot water in my shower and their only answer seems to be to cut out a hole in the next room. As you can imagine I do not trust them to do this. I have never received worse service from a repair man in my life. Please beware before you let them do any work in your house.
