It is our contention that our children's true best interests are not always met when their is government intervention into the family unit. We believe our children need to share in the lives of both of their fit and willing parents. Unfortunately, in matters of family law and child protective services, matters of generating income and alienating our children from one of their parents or even the family unit as a whole all to often come between the true best interests of their children. It is our belief that is both parents wish to share in the lives of their parents and both parents are fit and willing, equally shared parenting should always be the default.
