LACPSD is awesome! We needed a subpoena served to a very elusive individual who represents a very, very, very elusive company. LACPSD has several "tricks up their sleeve" to find people who don't want to be found!!! They really went above and beyond to get this subpoena served. And, they served it the same day I sent it to them! Bob is very knowledgeable and even called me when he received the subpoena to let me know it had some missing information. This enabled me to correct it before service. They are very professional and call you back promptly if you leave them a message. Their prices are extremely reasonable. If I ever need a process server in the future, I will definitely hire LACPSD again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend who needed a summons served. We live right down the street from their office building so of course, LACPSD was the first that came up on Yelp, and with the cheapest pricing as well. Office was easy to find. The receptionist and the processors working in the back thoroughly explained everything from how their pricing works, the process of serving someone (personal + substitute) and so on. It's stressful dealing with legal matters and we were glad to have found LACPSD to get the first steps in his court case done and over with. We were quoted that the service would take place in 3 days but turns out the person actually got served the day right after we visited their office. Yay for quick service! Hopefully neither of us will ever need to use a process server again but if the time does come, I'm definitely going here.

I used Bob to serve an unlawful detainer. He was also very helpful with the paperwork and familiar with unlawful detainers. His fee even included the proof of service for the request for trial after the initial serve. His cost is very reasonable and he was very responsive and easy to get a hold of when I had questions. I definitely would recommend his services.
