Worst service. If possible negative stars. My disabled mom had her doctor appointment today. We booked ride through modivcare. The driver arrived 9:48am, 7 minutes early, The pick up was 9.55am. She called me and sounded very rude, told me that she arrived and ordered me to come down. I asked for give a few minutes to come down. My old disabled mom took a few mins to come down the steps.The moment she was out of the door at exactly 9:55am,the driver just saw my mom, right away cancelled the ride and drove away on my old mom's face. I yelled from back and called her number. She blacklisted me immediately. The rude driver did not only leave, she just cancelled the whole ride including the return trip leaving me and my old sick mom helpless on the street. I called Modivcare withing 5 mins of the incident but they could do nothing to get my mom on time. I dont understand this driver can be so merciless and rude towards my mom! I believe the driver is racist, we are Asian and Muslim. The driver may not have liked my mom having a Muslim name and religious and conventional way of dress up. I called the office, they told me we were late to come out, which is a big fat lie.For their kind info, I have screenshots of ride and timings and call history records. They just did not care, told me to tell modivcare to find another company and hanged up on my face. Advice to all passengers: if you dont want to be treated and disrespected like an animal, you should not book ride with this company. If you book any ride through modivcare, you can just let them know that you dont want this Angel Medical Transport company for your ride and they will honor it. You can read the other reviews.
