I paid $4,300 as a down payment by check to Jesus Lorenzo Olivarez in his Yusnelis Celada name for a fence. They had someone come out and took down my old fence to make it look like they was going to do the work and then came to collect a check. Now I am out of a fence and $4,300. I am in trouble with HOA, my neighbor and my Home Owners Ins for not having a fence around my pool. Also, I have 2 Chow dogs that can not be out without a leash. In the last 2 months her boy friend Jesus Lorenzo Olivarez would tell me someone will be there tomorrow and no one ever showed up. Never had any communication that plans changed nor a date. I have been calling around for quotes to finish the job and found that they have been doing this for years to others. They are well known by other fence contractors. Today they are going by the name Art Fence or Fence World.
