I was encouraged to join after my sister participated in her first class mid January and I must say that I absolutely love it. The workouts are never boring, never the same, and always total body. I was hesitant at first to sign up being that it has always been a challenge for me to stay consistent in terms of fitness, but once I committed to ILKB, there was no looking back and I had to force myself to make the most out of my membership (which I quickly discovered isn't hard at all to do!) The instructors make it as fun as possible and are extremely encouraging and down to earth. They get on your level and will help you improve your routines, focus on your form, and push you to do more than you ever thought you could. I no longer feel intimidated by new workout moves or by the warmups and look forward to the bag rounds where we learn all kinds of cool techniques. I seem to get a little better each day I attend because they make sure they show you how to do it the right way and talk you through how to improve. Shoutout to: Morgan, Gino, Amy (and little peanut), Uly, Melissa, and Yohan. You guys really know how to treat your customers like family. Keep up the good work ILKB in Boynton!!! 💪

I've been a member at iLoveKickboxing Boynton Beach for exactly two weeks yesterday. I've been to 7 or 8 classes in that time frame and it would have been more had I not gone out of town for a few days. It's seriously AmAziNg!!! The atmosphere, members, coaches/staff are all super super nice and easy to be around. The workouts are challenging but not overwhelming. It's fast paced and a fantastic workout that I strongly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape or for anyone wanting a change from the basic same old, same old gym.
