I love this place! Everyone here is so amazing! The staff is incredible! They push you to be the best you can be and they encourage you along the way! Workouts are hard work but sooooo much fun! Super clean facility, awesome staff, and an empowering environment! I'm new to kickboxing and I'm already addicted!

This is not your traditional martial arts dojo! I Love Kickboxing is like no other workout experience I've found. This place is inviting and encouraging and the studio is clean and spacious. It's a place where anyone of any fitness level can come and learn to kickbox. The instructors are highly skilled at what they teach and the workouts are intense, but the payoff is indescribable. I look better, I feel better, and I am gaining confidence and strength with each class. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger, get fit, build stamina and endurance, reach personal goals, overcome obstacles, do something good for your mental health, and learn fighting techniques that will stick with you for life. I thank God I found I Love Kickboxing and I cannot wait to see my progress a year from now!
