I didn’t think I would enjoy kickboxing but thought I’d give it a try. I did a 6 week challenge with iLoveKickboxing and it was nice because we had a meal plan to help go along with the weekly workouts. When I felt that the meal plan was not what I was expecting staffed helped and gave me ideas on how I can change things on the meal plan to work for me. The workouts we challenging but fun. The workouts were always different to a certain extent to where they added elements to make it more interesting and engaging. I saw real improvement and lost 11lbs in 6 weeks! I would definitely recommend this friendly gym environment to others! I didn’t feel judged at all while working out! It also built my confidence!

ILKBCP has been awesome. I am so glad I switched to this gym. It is clean and the girls help me stay accountable for actually going. That 60 minute workout is hardcore and better than the 2 hours I used to do on my own at a traditional gym.

I would Highly recommend checking out I Love Kickboxing at the Clifton Park branch to see if it's a Good fit for you. I just signed up at the end of March for a year membership after my first session with Courtney. I had so much fun. They will modify any exercise to help with where you are physically. For example I had just had dental surgery the day before. So running around or jumping for burpees wasn't going to happen that first class. Courtney just switched up what exercise I would do while the rest of the class followed the Instructor. During class everyone is very focused on what they are doing. You forget others are around when you're so focused on punching or kicking your own weight bag. Both classes I have attended after my first session have been so Awesome. I am Sweating during the class which to me is Amazing, because I know Im truly getting a work out in. - Kari Miller
