Great place for a great workout. Every class is a little different in what you do so the routine does not get stale. The coaches are great and very helpful. You can go at your own pace, but they will push you so you can get better. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout.

I love kickboxing at ILKB in Columbus, GA! I was looking for something different than the routine I was in going to the gym. One of my favorite parts about ILKB is that the workout changes and you never do the same workout twice. The instructors are all very nice, motivating, and they help you any way they can to make you comfortable and successful. I have been a member for a month, and I can see myself being a member for years to come!

iLoveKickboxing has been a great addition to my everyday life. I took on a kickboxing challenge to kickstart my weight loss and in 6 weeks I’m down 25.2 lbs. The staff are so awesome and motivating, it makes the classes that much better. I wouldn’t be able to recommend this place enough! Be prepared to work hard and the results will definitely come with the intense classes. I can’t wait to earn some gloves and shed some more lbs all while enjoying the process with the team.
