Wow! I knew on my first beginners class that I wanted to be a part of this kick a** kickboxing family. The instructors/employees were warm and welcoming with a POSITIVE attitude and I'm all for some positivity. During class they push you to give it your all. They radiate love and positivity. I've never felt so motivated to make a change in my mind body and health. I've only been here a couple of weeks but already feel very included.
