I had gotten bored with my regular workout routines and decided I wanted to try something new. I decided to try ILKB and see what all the rave was about. From the moment I walked into the studio I was welcomed with open arms! Not only from the staff, but from the members too. I immediately felt so comfortable even though I had no kickboxing experience. They also have a private Facebook group for members and it holds you accountable! I love everything about ILKB!

The employees here are amazing. They go above and beyond for all of their customers, especially newcomers. It is a very fun way to workout. They keep everything very energized and never push you to do anything you aren’t comfortable with. As someone with virtually no prior fitness experience, they really worked with me to keep me moving, while still keeping it easy enough for me to learn and encouraged me to pace myself, and stop whenever needed. I left feeling more energized than I have in a long time!
