Kay Durbin
Fiasco. Paid $96k for a nonworking pool, faulty plumbing and equipment installation and incomplete landscaping. Builder made multiple false representations about his qualifications and those of his workman, but instead sent only unlicensed/uncertified plumbers and electricians to perform the work. As a result we will pay an additional $8k to remedy these construction defects to make the pool and equipment operational and additional money to restore the landscaping. Would not hire again or recommend to others.
