DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IF YOUR HOME WARRANTY USES THEM REFUSE! April 26th my drains we're backing up into toilets and sinks upstairs Everytime I ran the laundry. I called American Home Shield (home warranty.) They sent a plumber from Superior facility services for emergency service. Around 1pm on Friday a plumber showed up. I told him the main pipe was clogged and causing back up. He advised me he would have to get on the roof and due to not having help he couldn't get on the roof. He also advised warranty wouldn't pay for it because he needed to get on the roof and they don't cover anything outside of the house. Monday same guy showed up with help. They got on the roof and unclogged the showers and sinks then charged $250. and left. Issue was solved for about a week. Started up again when the dishwasher was ran. Called them to come back out. They showed up same day went into the crawl space opened some pipes. Ran some tool down the toilets then advised me the septic tank was the issue and I needed to get it pumped. I called allied plumbing to pump the tank. Allied sent a plumber out to locate the tank. He unclogged the main drain and said it wasn't the septic tank. Allied charged $140. I have tried to contact Superior numerous times to resolve the issues. Home warranty would have originally covered my costs if it was done right the first time. (Main pipe in the crawl space.) I am now out the $250 Superior charged as well as the $140 I had to pay a second plumber. I have no
