It’s meaning is to do something with soul, creativity, or love - when you put "something of yourself" into what you're doing, whatever it may be...dancing, singing, painting, teaching, educating or even art. Being a Nail Artist has been a passion of mine for over 10 years. I am lucky to have worked with amazing people in my past and present. Educated minds that had the thirst for all things nail. One day, I will have to slowly transition out of offering services, and starting a Product Company has been a dream of mine for a long time. I’ve worked hard to do it, but financially needed more backing to make it happen. To have someone finally invest in your dream, to say yes I believe in you, was truly a humbling conversation. Being in the nail industry for this length of time, I have seen amazing growth, we grew at a fast rate that has been hard to keep up with at times. I have felt for a long time that once again, the time is now to have a brand created by alln Artist, for the Artist and not compromising its product to be sold to the general public as marked for professional use only. My commitment with Meraki + Co., is to always support the licensed individual. Through product, training, education, salon consulting, brand influencing and future endeavors as the company grows. My love for the Japanese language, the Japanese culture and Maneki-Neko is the inspiration behind every polish name that you will see, every product you use, every tool in your hand and every training you experience. They will always be meaningful, funny, inspirational, show reflection, deep thought, humor, and love. I hope that each name, each color, and each seasonal collection we bring inspires your Meraki.
