Charity, Dementia, Outdoor Activity Organizer
Our program is socially, cognitively and physically engaging and includes a variety of daily activities and events such as: hikes, cultural and sporting events, dining in restaurants and visiting museums. In addition we coordinate activities and events for our members’ caregivers and family members, so they can connect and support each other.
