Hi. I came here several years ago because I know I was not hearing well at all, and it was getting to the point that is was getting very very embarrassing. I'm at a point now where I don't feel that I have a hearing loss. I'm confident that I can hear. And as a nurse my hearing is really really important. And that was a thing too that scared me, I was afraid would I have to quit my job, I can't hear. When I came here, they basically resolved a lot of my fears, fears that I didn't even realize I had, and when I found out how significant my hearing loss was. They fitted me with a pair of hearing aids I tell you, It was totally amazing. You don't even realize what you've lost, and then come here, what I found. And, I'm at a point right know where, you now what, I like my hearing aids. The good thing about this place is that they are on top of technology. They have introduced me to things that I can use with my cell phone, all different things that are freaking awesome! And the support is always there, even if I'm home, simple phone call, problem resolved! Never feel like, do I have to make an appointment to see them? No, they are only a phone call away. And you know what, I can finally hear! You know, that's a great feeling. So if you are doubting coming anywhere, forget Costco, forget these other stores. I'm telling you, this is where they take care of YOU, not just your hearing - you. And you know what you can't put a price tag on that. And you know what, I always thought that coming here was going to be, oh Costco I'm going to get a cheaper deal no freaking way! Don't, don't, come, just check it out, you'll be nicely suppressed. I am!

Hi, my name is Darle. It is changing my life, believe it or not. I am a very outgoing and friendly person, and I was becoming very reclusive, I hated to go out in public because I had to keep saying, "I'm sorry, I don't hear you, I'm sorry I don't hear you". I am completely deaf in my left ear. This time the CROS is wonderful, I can hear people from both sides, especially in the car when I'm the driver. This has changed my life. I would recommend Audiology Island to anybody. I've recommended them to people and told them my experience, and It has been very very positive experience. Everybody is lovely, everything's in timely manner, and I'm very pleased with this whole situation. I feel like a new person, not younger but new!
