Bait and switch scam! I was provided false information regarding the solar systems capabilities and tax incentive by this entire company from sales Roger Langley to VP Sean McDougall and the owner Daniel Rogers. After being contracted for 4 months and hours from installation completion. I'm told by the owner I had 1 hour to make a decision to pay an additional $12K if I want the entire home to be covered by the installed PV solar system and backup battery. The installed system shows im producing and exporting more energy than Im consuming, yet there is still a utility bill plus the daily service fee from the utility company. The real kicker is the tax incentive, they actually built my loan terms around the false tax information they provided, then respond with "were not tax experts". Completely appalled by the owners response or lack thereof and seeking legal counsel currently.
